They arrived when promised and fixed both issues within the predicted 20 minutes.  The phone is now fine and their price was excellent. Cracked my Apple Watch screen and they returned it as good as new. The material they use to replace the screen feels and works exactly the same as the original. There's no change in the reactiveness on the touch screen which is great. It only took 2 days. Thanks team!
